Our attorneys advise clients on management, operations, and the business of owning commercial and residential real estate properties.  We have extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, assignments, and disputes.  We help identify and address critical issues involving ownership, operation, repair, maintenance, and liability.  We also coordinate and advise refinancing and capital raises with lenders and co-investors.  We have experience representing owners in financing transactions with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and various life insurance companies.  We also have experience representing owners in preferred equity capital raises with public and private REITs, private equity funds, family offices and insurance and investment company real estate funds.
