We have worked extensively with lenders in preparation of loan documents and financing leases for aircraft and in the recovery of distressed aviation assets and with obtaining deficiency judgments. We also have experience with commercial operators in the implementation and enforcement of liens, and with aircraft owners and operators in the resolution of title liens.
