Zoe is a transactional associate with the firm. Her main focus is on credit union issues, with an emphasis on compliance with consumer protection law. She also has experience in real estate transactions and contract drafting and review.  Zoe is also a member of the firm’s cannabis team, and she assisted throughout the recent Missouri (medical) and Illinois (adult-use) license application process.  She continues her work for the firm’s cannabis clients by analyzing compliance issues, handling variance requests through state and local governments, and advising on best practices for clients to follow in the legal cannabis industry.

Zoe first joined the firm as a clerk in 2019 during law school and became an associate after receiving her J.D. from Saint Louis University in 2021. Zoe graduated with magna cum laude honors and is a member of the Order of the Woolsack. She was also a teaching assistant for legal research and writing, an editor on the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy, and third baseman on one of her school’s better softball teams. Zoe received a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 2018, where she studied Economics and Mathematics.
