Matthew (Matt) is a transactional attorney who counsels entities and individuals in a variety of different industries. Matt’s transactional experience includes real estate, corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and succession planning. Matt primarily represents closely-held and family-owned businesses and their owners. As a member of the firms Real Estate Transactions Group, Matt regularly represents clients in connection with the acquisitions and sale of real property, leasing inactions and real estate financing. Matt has also worked with Homeowner’s and Condominium Associations on various matters.

Matt represents clients on business formation, asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers and reorganizations. Matt represents clients who are purchasing or selling commercial and residential real estate. He also has represented clients on some estate planning, probate, and business succession matters. Matt also has experience in dealing with reviewing and consulting with business owners on their personal estate planning issues and succession planning issues.
