Doug’s financial institutions practice includes the representation of both federal and state chartered credit unions in all aspects of their operations, including lending, governance, contract management and a range of regulatory matters.

Additionally, Doug helps private companies and entrepreneurs with diverse transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and general corporate governance.
