Minja Jusic focuses his practice on business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and intellectual property.
As a former small business owner, Minja is familiar with the needs of his clients. He works with businesses and their owners to provide transactional guidance and general corporate counseling including new business formation, choice of entity matters, corporate and regulatory compliance, and complex contract drafting and negotiations.
Minja’s background as in-house counsel at a title company equips him with both the legal and procedural experience necessary to provide practical and efficient solutions for his real estate clients. His practice includes reviewing, negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial and residential real estate agreements such as purchase and sale contracts, leases, easements, deeds and restrictive covenants, as well as advising his clients on zoning, development, and land use issues.
Minja also advises clients on intellectual property matters such as registering trademarks and copyrights, performing due diligence reviews, and drafting and reviewing agreements such as licensing, franchise, royalty, and non-disclosure agreements.
Minja is skilled at providing both practical and legal solutions, allowing him to propose new, creative solutions that are useful to his clients.
