McCarthy focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, tax, and real estate law.  He works with businesses and their owners to provide guidance in corporate and transactional matters, including handling asset purchases and stock sales; negotiating and preparing commercial, acquisition, and financing agreements; conducting private placement offerings to raise capital; and drafting, negotiating, and revising a variety of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, leases, and easements.  McCarthy also assists clients in planning for and achieving their long term objectives and tax saving strategies through business succession planning and estate planning.
