What’s your approach to serving small/mid-sized clients?
“For me, it’s important to instill in them the importance of having a strong foundation to meet their compliance obligations with the myriad of federal and state laws that apply to business operations and today’s workplace. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. When the inevitable legal dispute comes up, you can more easily reach a solution. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel.”
Whether he’s in the courtroom or fielding legal questions, many business and individual clients can trust Jim Nowogrocki with their most sensitive company matters and litigation. Jim is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation and employment law. He also handles appeals. Jim’s employment law clients rely on his counsel regarding employee policies, handbooks, employment contracts, severance agreements, and compliance with various workplace laws. In his commercial litigation practice, Jim represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants across a wide spectrum of legal issues. Clients benefit from his experience in the comprehensive preparation of cases for a bench or jury trial.
