Overview
Credentials

Karen’s practice focuses on resolving disputes for clients.  Resolution can be achieved through pre-suit tactful negotiations, an aggressive defense and pre-trial settlement of a suit, or trying the case in court.  Karen’s 36 years of trial practice gives her the perspective and experience to know which tactic is best for the client.  Clients trust her professional approach in always putting their interests first, candidly counseling them on the risks and benefits of the case, and calmly guiding them through the stress and uncertainties of litigation.  Karen’s 26 years of raising triplets gives her all the practical negotiating skills she needs to handle the most complicated disputes.
