SCW Announces New Member Mallory Fisk

Summers Compton Wells LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of one of its associates, Mallory L. Fisk, to Member effective January 1, 2020.

Mallory serves in the firm’s transactional department.  She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and of Saint Louis University School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 2014.

Mallory’s areas of concentration are intellectual property issues, real estate transactions, and business transactions, formation, and governance. She is a member of the firm’s Cannabis practice group and provides individual advice to clients entering Missouri’s medical marijuana market, including startups, license applicants, vendors, lenders, investors, landlords, developers, and local governments. Mallory has experience in capital markets and securities and offers compliance advice for a wide-range of industries.
