In the employment litigation world, Michael assists clients in a variety of matters including wage, overtime and commission disputes, licensure actions, class actions, administrative complaints and reviews and non-solicitation, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.

In commercial and business litigation, Michael represents clients in breach of contract, breach of warranty, business licensure, fraud and UCC matters.

In addition to his litigation work, Michael uses his experience to provide clients practical and comprehensive counsel, helping clients strategize and achieve their business goals. Michael advises clients through:

Michael received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2021 and worked with a focus on employment law before Joining the firm in 2022. While at Saint Louis University, Michael served as an editor for the Saint Louis University Law Journal. Prior to law, school Michael graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During his undergraduate education, Michael worked as a research scientist for a bio-tech start-up, performing research relating to micro-biological and biochemical products and their applicability in crop sciences.
